Support surgeons and clinical staff during operative procedures by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment. Responsibilities include preparing patients, counting surgical materials, and managing operating room equipment and supplies.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and current BLS certification with at least one year of healthcare experience. Completion of a recognized Surgical Tech program is preferred.

The Opportunity As a Scrub Tech, you’ll support surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiology staff during operative procedures while helping maintain a safe, efficient, and sterile operating room environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting and is passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
Surgical & Patient Support Assist during surgical procedures and pass instruments and supplies as needed Prepare patients for surgery, including positioning and sterile draping Monitor patient condition and communicate updates to the Registered Nurse Assist with dressings, bandages, and other post-procedure needs Sterile Field & Operating Room Operations Maintain sterile technique throughout procedures Count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after surgery Sterilize, assemble, and monitor surgical equipment and machines Clean and restock operating rooms between cases Prepare tissue specimens and maintain surgical records and documentation Order and maintain surgical supplies and fluids Complete mandatory training and other assigned duties You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… Stay calm and focused in a fast-paced operating room environment Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills Communicate professionally with patients and team members Work well under pressure with flexibility and emotional maturity
