Internal Medicine Physician

Description We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician who values schedule stability, autonomy, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with adult patients in a fully outpatient primary care setting.

This position offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care while supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Board Certified in Internal Medicine Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain Experience in outpatient primary care Strong commitment to patient-centered care Comfortable managing up to 25 patients per day Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
