Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We're hiring part time, with a clear path to full time for the right candidate.

What you'll earn

$40 per visit | Mileage reimbursement at $0.64/mile | Weekly pay every Friday

• Health, dental, and life insurance (full time)
• Paid time off, paid holidays, and 401(k) with up to 4% company match (full time)
• Stay Pay — a $100 bonus for each year of service (full time)

• What you'll do
• Deliver in-home physical therapy services under the direction of the supervising PT
• Carry out established plans of care and progress patients toward functional goals
• Document patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safe activity

• What we're looking for
• Active PTA license in Oklahoma
• CPR certification
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient-centered care
• Reliable transportation
