Provide skilled nursing care and assessments to patients in their homes following discharge from medical facilities. Coordinate care goals, educate families on care plans, and oversee supporting LPNs and CNAs.

What you'll earn
Full time: $40 per visit | $100 Start of Care (SOC) | $75 Resumption of Care (ROC) | $60 Recertification
Part time: $35 per visit | $100 Start of Care (SOC) | $75 Resumption of Care (ROC) | $60 Recertification
Weekly pay every Friday.
