Operate radiographic equipment to produce quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and radiation protection. Assist physicians during examinations and maintain a professional environment and clean workspace.
Must be ARRT registered or registry eligible and a Licensed Radiographer by the State of Wisconsin. Knowledge of general radiography and fluoroscopy is required, with a willingness to cross-train in CT.
TITLE: Radiology Technologist
Department: Radiology
Part-time .8 FTE (32 hours per week). Shifts will include weeknights 10pm-6am and rotating every other weekend 6pm-6am. Schedule includes a holiday rotation.
Benefit eligible position.
The Radiology Technologist is responsible for the understanding of the following services that are offered at Grant Regional: general radiology, bone density, ultrasound, mammography, nuclear medicine, CT, MRI, and fluoroscopy.
ARRT registered or registry eligible. Licensed Radiographer by State of Wisconsin. Knowledge of general radiography and fluoroscopy required. Multimodality experience desired, but not necessary. Must be willing to cross train in a minimum of Computed Tomography.
