CARE FOR THE HOMELESS

$38,000 / YEAR
Perform intake assessments for new clients and maintain detailed case records in the CARES database. Coordinate with medical staff and external providers to ensure clients receive necessary services and documentation.
A bachelor's degree is preferred, or a high school diploma with three years of experience working with homeless or low-income populations. Proficiency in Spanish and strong communication skills are highly desired.
BA preferred. HS/GED with three (3) years of experience with the homeless, mentally ill, substance abuse and/or low-income populations. Good writing, computer and communication skills required. Bilingual- Spanish is strongly preferred.
