Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living for residents in an Assisted Living unit. Monitor resident health status, implement care plans, and document all medical responses and changes.
Must hold a current Washington State NAC license along with CPR and First Aid certifications. Requires DSHS-approved Mental Health and Dementia Specialty certificates and the ability to communicate in English.

As the community's Nursing Assistant - Certified (NAC), you're responsible for providing direct patient care to the residents of the Assisted Living area. You must be knowledgeable of individual residents’ abilities and needs.
You will make continuous observations of resident health and social status and response to care and report and document residents’ status and responses. You will assist residents achieve their highest feasible level of functioning. Within your scope of practice, you'll assist in the implementation of each resident’s care plan and documents care provided to residents. As our NAC, you'll provide psycho-social support to residents, and you'll assist in maintaining a clean and orderly environment for residents.
