Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each) with their own kitchens, plus gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety while working within our unique cottage-style care model.
