The Quality Care Auditor reviews client records to ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency guidelines. They identify documentation trends, conduct internal audits, and facilitate training to improve programmatic integrity.
Requires a Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology with at least 2 years of experience in behavioral health or disability settings. Proficiency in Electronic Health Record systems and knowledge of DBHDD guidelines are required.
Full licensure and/or certification in one or more counseling, social work fields. Proficient use of Microsoft applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
