The RN will float between Primary Care and Specialty Clinics to provide high-level nursing care and coordination. Responsibilities include assessing physical symptoms, providing psychological support, and mentoring team members.
Requires a current nursing license in Illinois or Michigan and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. A BSN and 6 months of healthcare experience are preferred.
The RN will float to the Primary Care and Specialty Clinics in the Dixon market.
Registered nurse protects, promotes and restores health and wellness, by practicing at the highest level of licensure; collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum; assesses and supports physical symptoms; provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families; mentors assigned team members; promotes best practices; maintains professional disposition at all times.
License/Certifications: Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan) American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)
