The Licensed Practical Nurse will participate in the interdisciplinary team to evaluate and coordinate resident care, document nursing needs, and report observations. They will also manage nursing assistant assignments and ensure care plans are updated accurately.
Candidates must be graduates from an accredited nursing program and possess a Licensed Practical Nurse license as well as any other state-required certifications. The position emphasizes the importance of teamwork and delivering personalized care.
