The Certified Nurse Aide will follow care plan directives and administer direct patient care. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities and observing any changes in their condition to report to nursing staff.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a minimum of one year of experience working with the geriatric population. Certification as a nursing aide is required by state regulations.
