• Registered Nurse –Pre/Post The Admissions & Discharge Registered Nurse performs initial assessment, physical assessment and psychological assessment appropriate to the patient’s scheduled procedure, clinical presentation/diagnosis, care setting, age development level, cultural and religious orientation.
• Identifies and prioritizes the need for further assessment based on the patient’s clinical presentation/diagnosis, care setting, desire for care, and responses to any previous care.
• Responsibilities include reporting abnormal findings or values to the physician(s), collaborates with the anesthesiologist.
• Initiates discharge planning for each patient upon admission as appropriate.
• Will be responsible for performing interventions identified for each nursing diagnosis on the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care and educating the patient and family.

Qualifications
