About the role

Provide outpatient and potentially inpatient rehabilitation services to improve functional recovery and quality of life for patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and nursing staff to grow rehabilitation programs within the community.

Overview Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center, located in Keene, NH, is seeking a board-certified Physiatrist to join its growing rehabilitation services team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collegial, patient-centered environment where you can make a meaningful impact on functional recovery and quality of life for patients across the continuum of care. Position Highlights Primarily outpatient rehabilitation with opportunity to incorporate inpatient work, based on interest Collaborative, multidisciplinary team including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, nursing, and case management Strong partnership with our Pain & Spine program with access to onsite pain intervention services Supportive hospital leadership with a strong focus on quality care and patient outcomes Opportunity to shape and grow rehabilitation programs within the community Comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Pain Medicine Fellowship preferred Ability to obtain/maintain New Hampshire medical license Commitment to team-based care and strong communication skills Why work at Cheshire Medical Center? Requirements

Must be an MD or DO board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation with a valid New Hampshire medical license. A fellowship in Pain Medicine is preferred.
