Requires a valid CNA license, CPR, and first aid certifications, along with a high school education. Candidates should have 0-3 months of experience in nursing assistance or eldercare.

and Tasks Essential Job Responsibilities 1. Consistent and predictable attendance. 2. Provide direct personal assistance and supervision needed by assisted living and memory care residents with their bathing, dressing, eating, walking, going up and down steps, smoking, and attending to any personal needs the residents may be unable to attend to themselves. Encourage and assist residents to care for their grooming, clothing, and toilet articles, including care of the body, hair, gums, teeth, dentures, fingernails, clothing, and personal items. 3. Document daily ADL care. 4. Handle non-routine housekeeping tasks including, but not limited to, wiping up spills, doing laundry, emptying trash cans, changing sheets, or assisting a resident in making their bed. 5. Respond immediately in case of an accident or incident involving a resident. Document incident. 6. Obtain vital signs daily, weekly, or as scheduled. 7. Attend training as required as well as complete all Relias training as scheduled.
