Provide comprehensive primary medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health measures for a diverse patient panel. Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals and educate patients on wellness and disease prevention.
Candidates must be board certified in Family Medicine and hold a valid, unrestricted medical license in New Jersey. A minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care and proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Athena, is desired.
Hours: Full-time
Comprehensive Medical Care: Provide comprehensive medical care, including treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and specialized medical care to prevent, diagnose, and treat illness, disease, or injury. Diagnostic Expertise: Order, perform, and interpret tests, and analyze medical records, reports, and examination data to accurately diagnose patients' conditions. Patient Information Management: Collect, maintain, and securely manage patient information, including medical histories, examination results, and reports. Patient Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate patients' conditions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Effective Patient Communication: Clearly explain medical procedures and discuss test results and treatment plans with patients to ensure their understanding and collaboration in their care. Health Promotion: Offer guidance to patients and the community on diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention to enhance overall well-being. Collaboration and Referrals: Collaborate with medical specialists and other healthcare practitioners when patients require specialized care or services beyond primary care. Interdisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate healthcare activities with nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Possess board certification in Family Medicine. Hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of New Jersey. Minimum 2 years’ experience in family medicine or primary care preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse panel of patients and support quality improvement initiatives. Strong EMR skills (Athena experience preferred) and ability to use data to drive outcomes. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated annual compensation for this position ranges from $210,000-$280,000, depending on the role and experience level. Additionally, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and other company-sponsored benefits.
