Provide companionship and essential personal care, including assistance with activities of daily living and medication reminders. Monitor client conditions and communicate changes to the care team while maintaining a safe environment.
Previous caregiving experience and CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred. Candidates must be dependable, adaptable, and possess strong interpersonal skills for relationship-centered care.

As a Priority Caregiver with our Priority Care Team, you’ll step in to support older adults and families during short-notice care needs, schedule changes, hospital transitions, or unexpected gaps in care — providing thoughtful, relationship-centered support when it matters most.

Provide companionship and meaningful engagement Assist with personal care, mobility, cueing, and activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Support meal preparation, hydration, and daily routines Provide medication reminders according to care plans Accompany clients to appointments or activities when appropriate Observe and communicate changes in condition, behavior, or needs to the care team Help create a calm, safe, and supportive environment for clients and families
Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or comparable experience) CPR and First Aid certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in different home environments Compassionate, professional, and aligned with relationship-centered care
