Provide one-on-one in-home support for seniors, including assistance with activities of daily living and light housekeeping. Offer companionship and maintain a safe, clean environment while communicating effectively with families and agency staff.
Candidates must be 18+ with a valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and current CPR certification. Requires either a CNA I/II certification or at least 6 months of professional or family caregiving experience.
In-Home Caregiver (CNA I/II or personal experience) – Immediate Openings
Pay: Starting at $18/hour + overtime opportunities (short shifts up to $25/hour)
Work setting: One-on-one care in clients’ homes
Schedule Flexible scheduling with dependable hours; full-time and part-time opportunities available.
18+ years old 6+ months professional caregiving experience or family caregiver experience (supporting a loved one) or active CNA I/II certification Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle (in most areas) Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Current CPR certification Current negative TB test results
Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting/incontinence care, meal prep, medication reminders, laundry, and light housekeeping) Provide companionship and meaningful, respectful conversation Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and reliability on every shift Communicate clearly with clients, families, and agency staff Work location / Service area Clients are located in Sykesville, Westminster, Frederick, Annapolis, Catonsville, Ellicott City, Columbia, and surrounding Baltimore-area communities.
