Cardiovascular Technologist - CV Tech

• To provide service to adults of all ages in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Assists in performing all duties associated with preparing, performing and completing a diagnostic or interventional angiographic procedure under the supervision of a physician.
• Responds quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatments.
• Requires competence in a variety of equipment and technology and is responsible for image management, equipment maintenance and inventory.
• Practices safety guidelines.
• Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement.
• Assumes on call responsibility.
• Technologists must demonstrate an ability to function well under stressful or emergent situations.
