The Registered Nurse provides clinical nursing care and leadership within an assigned clinical area to ensure patient safety and comfort. They utilize critical thinking to prioritize patient needs and facilitate timely, high-quality care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved professional nursing program with a valid Texas RN license and BLS certification. At least 6 months of clinical experience is required, while a Bachelor's degree and Epic experience are preferred.
Graduate from an approved professional registered nursing program Current and valid Texas RN license Current BLS through American Heart Association 6+ months in a clinical area. 1 year KSC experience may be considered in lieu of 6 months RN experience with approval from Sr Dir Nursing Services Computer experience Proven ability to use equipment and related supplies for selected patient population for the assigned clinical area. Including CPR, oxygen administration, and intravenous therapy
Bachelor’s degree in nursing Specialty nursing certification in ambulatory care or one appropriate to the specialty area assigned ACLS and/or PALS 2+ years of ambulatory care EPIC experience Proven windows bases computer skills Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
