Perform MRI procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases under the direction of the Imaging Department Director and radiologists. The role involves operating specialized equipment and may require overtime or call-back duties.
Requires a high school diploma, completion of an AMA school of radiologic technology, and BLS certification. Candidates must achieve ARRT registry in MRI within 18 months of hire, with 2-3 years of experience preferred.
Performs MRI procedures in order to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease. Functions under the direction of the Imaging Department Director (or designee), the MRI supervisor and in cooperation with the radiologists. This position is subject to overtime and call back as required by the hospital.
