Provide expert clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapy, for victims of human sex trafficking and their caregivers. Develop treatment plans, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and provide crisis intervention as part of a mobile multidisciplinary team.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related mental health field with experience treating complex trauma. Candidates must align with the organization's Christian faith requirements and possess strong clinical competencies in trauma-informed care.
Department: Anti-Trafficking
As part of the Anti-Trafficking Mobile Team consisting of other team members such as an Anti-Trafficking Supervisor, Anti-Trafficking Advocate or Anti-Trafficking Mentor, the Anti-Trafficking Clinician will provide clinical services for commercially sexually exploited (CSE) and trafficked children and adults. The purpose of the Anti-Trafficking Clinician is to ensure that the victims/clients and their non-offending caregivers are provided with expert clinical services based on assessed needs.
