Responsibilities

• Temecula Valley Hospital will be starting an Emergency Department (ED) New to Specialty/New Grad Program beginning August 10, 2026.
• This is a 12 week training program for RN's (New Grads or New to Specialty) that would like to join the amazing staff in ED.
• This is a blended learning experience including computer based learning modules and testing, didactic and hands-on classroom learning and Clinical Preceptoring.

Qualifications

• NEW TO SPECIALITY Minimum one (1) years acute (hospital) care experience required, with current California RN license NEW GRAD Registered Nurse with current California RN license
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program required
• Registered Nurse with current California RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA) certifications required
• NIHSS required within 5 days of hire
• CPI certified within 90 days of hire
