The Speech Pathologist is responsible for evaluating patients and developing personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation. They must track patient progress, document performance, and modify therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.
