Evaluate patients to develop and implement individualized, evidence-based physical therapy plans to improve mobility and function. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and educate patients and caregivers to ensure successful outcomes.
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess an active state Physical Therapist license. Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills are required, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
