The Orthopedic Medical Assistant is responsible for guiding patients through clinic visits, managing EMR intake, and coordinating surgical orders and diagnostic tests. They also provide support with durable medical equipment fitting and handle patient follow-up communications.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and be a graduate of an accredited CNA, CMA, or Ortho Tech program. Preferred qualifications include over one year of medical office experience and proficiency with Epic EMR.
