Provide high-quality primary care to patients with chronic diseases within facilities in the South Tulsa area. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, developing treatment plans, and prescribing necessary medications and interventions.
Must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in Oklahoma. Requires 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients, with hospice experience highly preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care in facilities in the South Tulsa, OK area on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.
• $130K+ earning potential based on experience and additional incentives (Full Time)
