Responsibilities

• Implement and progress therapeutic activities and exercises under supervision according to the plan of care for residents
• Assist with treatment tasks, positioning, therapeutic modalities, and activities of daily living as appropriate
• Monitor resident progress, document daily treatment notes, and report changes to the supervising therapist
• Prepare treatment materials, set up equipment, and ensure a safe, clean treatment environment
• Collaborate with the occupational therapy team, nursing staff, and other rehabilitation professionals to support resident goals
• Adhere to regulatory, safety, and documentation requirements within a skilled nursing facility setting

Requirements

• Eligible for travel assignments in the United States (travel - temporary)
• Ability to work a day shift in a skilled nursing facility
• Experience in or comfort with long-term care or LTCA-related therapy
• Availability to begin on the stated start date and commit to a 13-week assignment
• Willingness to follow the plan of care and collaborate with the therapy team
