The RN is responsible for administering physician-ordered treatments, managing medications and supplies, and providing skilled nursing care. They must also monitor resident conditions, advocate for patient needs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a current RN license in good standing and possess strong communication skills. A passion for geriatric care and a willingness to adhere to long-term care regulations are required.
