This is a unique opportunity to advance your nursing career with a full-time commitment for 13 weeks in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment. As a Seasonal RN in our ICU, you'll care for critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions such as sepsis, multi-organ failure, ARDS, and complex post-operative complications. You'll also work with advanced life-support systems, including ventilators, CRRT, and ECMO, while gaining invaluable experience managing patients with acute trauma, advanced cardiac care, and neurocritical conditions. What You’ll Do: Provide advanced, patient-centered care to the most critically ill individuals using your clinical expertise and critical thinking skills. Collaborate with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes and ensure patient safety. Support and educate patients' families during highly stressful and emotional situations, acting as a vital resource for understanding treatment plans. Respond rapidly and effectively to deteriorating patient conditions in a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, ensuring the highest standard of care for critically ill patients.

Current Montana RN license or a multi state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. BSN degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in similar position required. RQI Provider (BLS) required within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever occurs first. ACLS and NIHSS must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer. Open Heart nursing experience is preferred. Possess knowledge of professional nursing theory, medical terminology and principles of professional nursing practice to administer and evaluate patient care. Shift: Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week for 13 weeks, 12-hour night shifts Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
