The Physician Assistant will diagnose, treat, and manage patients with upper extremity injuries under the supervision of surgeons. Key duties include conducting assessments, assisting in surgeries, and performing therapeutic procedures like suturing and wound care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree from an accredited PA program, be licensed in California, and be NCCPA certified. A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedics or hand surgery is preferred.
Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant. Current Physician Assistant licensure in the state of California. Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) for PAs. A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedics, hand surgery, or a related field is preferred. Strong clinical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-focused care.
