Provide weekend rounding and evening call coverage for adult units within a freestanding behavioral hospital. Deliver compassionate care to patients in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
Must hold an MD/DO degree and be Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Psychiatry through ABPN. Requires a valid Alaska medical license or the ability to obtain one.
Inpatient care, freestanding behavioral hospital.
Onsite coverage is highly preferred. Remote or hybrid arrangements considered. Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor preferred. Hourly or shift rates are available. Required Education, Training, and Licensure MD/DO degree from an accredited program. BE or BC General Psychiatry through ABPN. Licensed to practice in the State of AK or the ability to obtain an AK medical license. Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
