The Family Support Partner provides education, guidance, and advocacy to families of youth and young adults facing mental health challenges. They help families navigate social, legal, and healthcare systems while coordinating access to necessary services.
Requires a high school diploma and lived experience as a primary caregiver for a youth with mental health needs. A valid driver's license is required, and CPRS certification is preferred or required within six months of hire.
High school diploma or equivalent Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) preferred; required within six months of hire Personal, lived experience as a primary caregiver of a youth, adolescent, or young adult who has/had mental health needs is required Prior experience assisting other families to obtain appropriate services and supports for their child and family members is desirable Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record in accordance with RACS policies Why Join RACS?
