Job Quick Facts: \n\n• Specialty: Hematology/Oncology APP\n• Job Type: Locum Tenens\n• Facility Location: North Conway, NH\n• Service Setting: Outpatient\n• Reason For Coverage: Supplemental\n• Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing\n• Coverage Type: Clinical only\n• Shift Schedule: 8a-5p; 4 days/week\n• Patient Demographics: Adults\n• Patient Volume: 10-12\n• Support Staff: 1 APP\n• Duties:\n- Care of General Hem/Onc patients\n- Respond to question of team members\n- Order/Follow up on labs\n- Sign Chemotherapy orders\n• EMR: Epic\n• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered\n\nRequirements:\n• Active NH License or IMLC\n• BC\n• EPIC experience\n• COVID and Flu vaccine
