The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Under the direction of the Director and Charge Nurse, the RN delivers safe, patient-centered care while collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Licensure & Certifications Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification. NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS).
Minimum of one (1) year of Critical Care nursing experience. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
