The clinician will provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments, care planning, and various forms of therapy (individual, family, and group) within an integrated mental health and addiction clinic. Responsibilities also include maintaining clinical documentation and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve participant-determined outcomes.
Candidates must hold a New York State license as an LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or a Limited Permit. Experience working with early childhood populations (ages 5 and under) is preferred, along with a commitment to social justice and person-centered holistic care.

We are looking to fill a role as a Clinician/Licensed Mental Health Therapist in TGCW’s Integrated Mental Health and Addiction clinic. Integrated mental health and addiction services are provided by an interdisciplinary team responsible for: Comprehensive diagnostic assessments; Participant-centered care planning; Clinical excellence and evidence-based interventions; Individual, family, and group therapy; Psychiatric evaluations; Medication management; Peer support and engagement; Linkages to additional services and care; and Successful achievement of participant-determined outcomes Position Responsibilities: Comprehensive assessments, care planning, individual therapy, family/couples therapy, group therapy, and clinical documentation/chart maintenance Familiarity with Westchester County System of Care and resources for all age groups and the full range of behavioral health and medical needs.
New York State LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or Limited Permit accepted Experience working with early childhood population (children 5 years old and under) preferred Positive attitude and demeanor with an ability to engage individuals of diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and needs. Deep belief in behavioral health recovery, integrated services, harm reduction, and person-centered holistic care.
