The Hospice RN serves as the primary point of contact for patients and families, delivering personalized nursing care and managing individualized plans of care. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support in various home and facility settings.
Candidates must hold an active RN license and have at least one year of experience in hospice, home health, ICU, oncology, or geriatrics. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and CPR certification are also required.
