Provide direct care, hands-on instruction, and positive direction to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in a residential group home. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, and implementing behavior supports to ensure resident health and safety.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a passion for helping others with a team-oriented approach. Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred, along with the ability to complete a two-week paid orientation.

Enrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care. Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating. Prepare meals and snacks.Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties. Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices.Implement positive behavior supports and de-escalate challenging behaviors when needed.
