In this role, you will contribute to the urgent care department by delivering patient-centered services, diagnosing conditions, and providing treatment plans for a diverse patient population. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring rapid and accurate medical assessments and interventions, as you play a vital role in enhancing patient health outcomes.
Conduct thorough patient assessments and histories Diagnose patient conditions and develop treatment plans Perform basic procedures and assist in emergency situations Prescribe medications within scope of practice Educate patients about preventative care and treatment options Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide seamless care Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant license Associate degree in Nursing or relevant field Experience in urgent care or acute care settings is preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
Schedule: Saturday-Tuesday
Shifts: 8p-8a
Must be board-certified
