Responsibilities

Perform cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries in accordance with best practices Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups Collaborate with nursing and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient care Ensure compliance with medical regulations and protocols Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient records Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings for case discussions Provide education to patients and their families regarding procedures and recovery Stay updated on advancements and technologies in the field of surgery

Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of residency in Surgery, with fellowship training in Cardiothoracic and/or Vascular Surgery Valid medical license to practice in the state of Wyoming Strong clinical skills and proficiency in performing relevant procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Experience in patient-centered care and advocacy

Schedule: 24-hour call shifts, specific dates
