Must hold an MD or DO degree and be board certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a valid California license. Required certifications include DEA, BLS, and ACLS.

As a Locum Ob/Gyn, you will play a vital role in our staffing solutions, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care without interruption. You'll work alongside skilled professionals, engaging in a variety of clinical responsibilities and participating in community health initiatives.
Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients Perform routine exams, screenings, and assessments Deliver babies and manage labor and delivery Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation Participate in health education and community outreach programs Adhere to the highest standards of medical care and ethics Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in Ob/Gyn
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Currently licensed to practice in California Board certified/eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Prior experience in a locum or staffing role is preferred Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
Schedule: 8a-8a, 24-hour in-house call
Setting: Inpatient
Patient Demographic: Mostly low-risk, underserved populations
Average Monthly Volume: 60-65 deliveries, with 25-30% C-section rate
Required Procedures: Vaginal deliveries and C-sections
Support Staff: Ultrasonographer and 24/7 anesthesia coverage
EMR: Cerner
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Additional Required Certifications: Dea, bls, acls
Bilingual providers preferred
