Location: Texas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote mental health therapy services to clients across Texas. In this telehealth role, you will meet with clients virtually, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic support for individuals managing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma-related concerns, and other behavioral health needs. This position is a strong fit for an LCSW who enjoys structured clinical work, values meaningful client relationships, and wants to provide quality care in a remote setting without sacrificing professional stability.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history Create treatment plans based on client goals, symptoms, and presenting concerns Use evidence-based therapy approaches suited to each client’s needs Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when appropriate Follow all HIPAA, privacy, and ethical practice standards Coordinate referrals or additional resources when clients need support beyond therapy Participate in clinical communication and case updates as needed Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited program Previous clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency Reliable internet connection and a private space for virtual sessions 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote role Stable Monday–Friday schedule Competitive annual salary of $115,000–$120,000 If you are a Texas-licensed LCSW ready for a stable remote therapy role with strong pay and full benefits, we’d be glad to review your application.
