• AM-5:00 PM Job Summary This Remote LCSW position gives licensed clinical social workers the opportunity to provide therapy services from a virtual setting while serving clients throughout Florida. You will hold structured therapy sessions, help clients work through personal and mental health concerns, maintain treatment records, and provide care that is consistent, ethical, and clinically grounded.

Responsibilities

Deliver teletherapy sessions for clients through a secure online platform Conduct clinical intakes and assess client history, symptoms, needs, and goals Provide ongoing therapy using appropriate clinical methods and interventions Create clear treatment plans and update them based on client progress Document sessions, clinical impressions, interventions, and follow-up needs Recognize when clients may need crisis support, referrals, or a higher level of care Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Florida practice standards, and company policies Manage scheduled sessions and documentation in a reliable, organized manner Work with administrative or clinical staff to support smooth client care Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Florida LCSW license in good standing Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and digital documentation tools Strong understanding of confidentiality, HIPAA, mandated reporting, and clinical ethics Ability to work independently while staying connected with a remote clinical team Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote role Competitive salary of $115,000-$120,000 per year Ready to continue your LCSW career in a remote Florida telehealth role?
