The RN is responsible for delivering professional dialysis-related nursing services and monitoring patient status in an outpatient setting. They must collaborate with a clinical team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing.
Candidates must hold a current RN license, CPR certification, and have basic EKG interpretation skills. A minimum of 2 years of experience with acutely ill patients is preferred.

As a DaVita RN, you’ll ensure compassionate and professional delivery of all dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of your patients. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with our professional team of clinicians, and use your critical thinking skills to solve problems and support patient care.
Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations Educate patients and build meaningful relationships Work as part of a supportive care team
Current RN license in state of practice CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred) Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills CNN certification a plus
