Conduct one-on-one home visits to perform physical and psychosocial assessments and administer prescribed medications. Educate patients and families on home health care strategies to improve quality of life.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN state license and CPR certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for local travel.
