Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Pediatrician to step into a well-established role serving a strong, loyal patient base. This is a great opportunity to join a practice that is deeply rooted in the community and known for its excellent reputation. The position offers a predictable outpatient schedule split between our Laurinburg and Rockingham offices, with a light shared call rotation and no hospital responsibilities. You'll have the ability to focus on delivering excellent care while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

What You'll Do · Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents · Manage a consistent patient panel and build long-term relationships with families · Collaborate closely with fellow pediatricians, APPs, and clinical staff · Participate in a light, rotating call and weekend schedule · Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our practice EMR · Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
What We're Looking For · MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics · Active North Carolina license or ability to obtain · Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach · Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset · Spanish language skills are a plus · Interest in building a long-term role within the community
