The RN provides professional nursing care within a 35-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit using a patient-family centered approach. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized treatment plans to facilitate the transition from hospital to home.
Requires an Associate's degree in Nursing and a valid Michigan RN license, with a Bachelor's degree required within five years. BLS certification is mandatory upon hire, and specialty certification is highly recommended within two years.
