Provide pediatric primary care support at the Nampa South Pediatrics Clinic. Manage patient care during daytime shifts with occasional evening or Saturday rotations.
Requires a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license with an unrestricted license to practice in Idaho. Previous experience in outpatient primary care or pediatrics is preferred.

Experience Previous outpatient, primary care clinical experience preferred, other relevant clinical patient care experience may be considered. Pediatrics experience preferred Licensure / Certification Full Circle Health medical team members must have the ability to be fully credentialed, licensed and privileged. Unrestricted / unconditional license to practice under the laws of the State of Idaho. Possess an unrestricted Board of Pharmacy registration, unrestricted DEA registration and all necessary federal narcotics and controlled substance numbers and licenses. Maintain eligibility to participate in Medicare, Medicaid and all other third-party payment programs that contract with Full Circle Health.
