Casual RN

• Cura of Watkins is seeking a reliable and dedicated Casual Registered Nurse (RN) to join our flexible staffing team as a every 3rd weekend RN, from 6 am to 2:30 pm. RNs start at $37.25 an hour, but experience is concerned! As a Casual RN, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional nursing care across various shifts, helping to support our healthcare team during busy times or staff absences. This role offers flexibility and the chance to work in a rewarding healthcare environment where your skills and compassion make a real impact. Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients across different units as needed. Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently. Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes promptly to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing interventions and patient progress. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care. Adhere to organizational policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Previous clinical nursing experience preferred. Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and shifts. Strong communication skills and professional attitude. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Flexible availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
