Home Care Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care to our clients in Farmington Hills, MI. This role involves delivering personalized, high-quality care in the comfort of patients’ homes, ensuring their health and well-being with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes according to individual care plans.
• Monitor patient health status and report changes to healthcare providers and family members.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate clients and their families on health conditions, medication management, and overall wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
